協合國際法律事務所很榮幸邀請吳祚丞律師加入本所。吳祚丞律師為台灣大學法學碩士、美國The John Marshall Law School 智慧財產法碩士。曾任士林地院法官、高等法院刑庭法官、法官協會秘書長，擔任高等法院法官期間，審理金融、重大貪瀆等專庭案件，並有數篇判決獲選為具有參考價值裁判。
LCS is very pleased to announce that former Taiwan High Court JudgeTsocheng (Sidney) Wu has joined our firm since July 2017. Mr. Wu received his LL.B. and LL.M. degree from National Taiwan University and holds LL.M. degree (specialized in IP) from The John Marshall Law School in the U.S. Prior to joining LCS, Mr. Wu served as a judge of Taiwan High Court and District Court and has also served as the Secretary-General of the Judges’ Association. While Mr. Wu’s expertise is in financial crimes and IP infringement, he is also experienced in various types of the litigation and arbitration. Mr. Wu was also a lecturer of the 57th Judicial Class in the Academy of Judiciary, offering seminars to intern judges and prosecutors on financial laws, criminal trials, and moot court. Some cases decided by Mr. Wu have been selected as precedents with reference value.
